This Code of Conduct sets the minimum standards we expect from all suppliers, including their subcontractors. These cover compliance with ethical, social, and environmental practices—such as respecting human rights, ensuring workplace safety, avoiding conflicts of interest, preventing child and forced labor, and upholding transparency and anti-corruption measures.
While we recognize that suppliers operate independently, we encourage them to adopt and promote these same sustainable practices across their own supply chains. This Code complements any existing contracts and strengthens our shared commitment to trust, transparency, and responsible business.
The company sources 98.53% of its vendors locally, highlighting our commitment to supporting the local economy and fostering regional partnerships. By prioritizing local suppliers, we enhance supply chain resilience and promote community development, ensuring that our procurement practices positively impact the communities in which we operate while aligning with our sustainability goals.

To strengthen our service delivery and maintain high standards, we regularly conduct client satisfaction surveys. These surveys provide valuable insights into how our clients perceive our performance and help us identify areas where we can improve. By listening to our clients, we ensure that our work continues to meet their expectations and support long-term partnerships built on trust and reliability.
Surveys are conducted at 50% and 100% completion for construction projects lasting over six months, every six months for recurring maintenance services, and upon completion for non-recurring services—an approach that enables us to enhance service delivery and strengthen client relationships.
At Aboitiz Construction, innovation plays a vital role in reshaping how we work—through the use of technology, process improvements, and sustainable practices.
In 2024, we launched the Concreate program to tap into employee-driven ideas for improving site operations. From 20 submissions, five ideas advanced to the ideation phase.
As of April 30, 2025, two are being prepared for implementation: the Solar Project, which offers a cost-efficient and sustainable power solution, and OpenSpace, a platform for real-time monitoring and centralized reporting to enhance productivity and safety.
We also introduced SimpliFix in 2024 to empower teams to rethink how work gets done by identifying ways to simplify processes and eliminate inefficiencies. As of this writing in 2025, more than 60 ideas have been submitted since the program’s launch, reinforcing our culture of continuous improvement and innovation as a key driver of sustainability.
