Last month, Aboitiz Construction, the official construction arm of the Aboitiz Group, was honored to be part of the inaugural list of the “Philippines’ Best Employers 2023” by the Philippine Daily Inquirer, in collaboration with Statista, the world’s leading data and business intelligence portal.
ACI ranked 123rd overall and placed 4th under the Construction, Oil & Gas Operations, and Mining category.
Winners were determined from more than 2,000 qualified local companies with at least 250 employees. Respondents were asked to rate their companies based on salaries, work-life balance, job growth, work culture, and company reputation among others.
